I'm struggling. Finally signed up for GYE and feeling a mix of pride for making the step, embarrassment and wanting to delete my GYE account and ignore I have a problem.

Hmm. I wanted to delete my problems for years. Welcome! 

No embarrassment necessary here. No matter what you are dealing with, we can handle it with support and love. Don't delete the account. Give it a chance.

I didn't mean that the problems could be solved with support and love, but the people coming here, embarrassed and looking for friendship, can certainly benefit from support and love. So, we can handle the embarrassment and feelings of aloneness.

Perhaps we all need G-d as a partner, in reference to your previous comment. You could probably use that, as well.

The non-judgmental attitude on GYE is not second to non, it's nowhere else  to be found period. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself. But you will never know if you don't give it a chance...

Running away from your problem won't solve it. It will just delay you facing it and make it harder to overcome as you continue feeding your lust by not overcoming it. Of course this is easier said then done but using GYE tools is a big step and it would but a waste to take a step back when you already made the first step. Behatslaha in your continuation!
