Welcome. Many of us here are also married with kids and have been struggling. You are not alone.

Have you had a any success in the past dealing with lust? I'm sure you have better times and worse times. Do you know what makes things better or worse?

We are like the generous adventurer who has found the source of unlimited treasure. We keep acquiring the treasure, but we don't mind telling you where to dig. In fact we are happy to tell you, because this is a very interesting treasure. Not only is it unlimited, but when you dig not only does your bounty grow, but mine does as well.
