DAY 3 my friends!!

it was the after yom tuv feeling compounded with having to attand to something for a fimilies unfiltered computer and my addicted fogy mind told me "ah no need to call someone before you go onto this, it will be quick" then boomps.

we gotto reexaminethe tools and move on

by the way, that alone that you took the courage to acknowledge that, shows, that you know for a hard fact that you yourself with your own ability, are totally powerless over lust, after so many times trying to get over it, you still fell, and you are admitting it, just shows, "I AM POWERLESS OVER LUST, I GIVE UP, I CANT WIN THAT WAR WITH MY OWN POWER"
so now we need to find a power that is greater then our yetzer hora of lust, which CAN win the war
and we just have to be sincere with ourselves about it
then hashem will come into our picture and help us, if we ask for his help
and we shall cling to hashem for dear life, as thats the only option left for us, if we ever think of getting out of this mess!
