i am having trouble with becoming aroused in the bedroom
two questions 
is it okay to read a sex help book with my wife if it has some graphic pictures?
also is it okay to take pictures in bed during sex to help arouse my lust?
i am asking both from a halacha point a view and a potential addiction issue. 

Brother according your 4 first posts it's clear that the bedroom isn't the problem

So if you ask a competent Rabbi your question, it would be reasonable to give him all the info and not some random detail. 

I think if you speak to one of the pros here (check success story fellows in the towing page below) you'll get a better answer than a typical rabbi will give you

I do not claim to be one of the pros here and am not as of yet a success story

However my $0.02: Does your wife know your history?
Does your therapist know the whole story and how it is affecting your performance in the bedroom?
Are you taking other steps to help yourself?
Why does pics help more than the wife in flesh and blood?
(I understand that this might have to do with trauma but these questions are meant to help you try to be honest with yourself, not that I think you aren't trying but one is never sure...)
