If filters are unavailable to you, and computers are necessary for your job what would be the best way to break free.

Be very aware that any computer used for work is monitored by your IT department.
They know EVERYTHING you do.

Hashem of course sees everything you do.

And what if ManWhoStumbles is the IT guy?
He needs a wall!
And what if the government doesn't fund his wall?
He should move to the United STATE OF EMERGENCY
And then, what do we do about all the tunnels???
And if we blow them up what's gonna be with those drones and balloons?????

Seems the guy is doomed either way

I second Markz. In a lot of places IT doesn't know anything. Rule #1 in IT is to act like you know what you are doing, and create a scare about the know it all IT department.
In case you think I am mistaken, why don't you ask Target, Experian and countless other corporations how exactly they were hacked. Or perhaps ask the NSA how Snowden was able to access and offload so much confidential data.

How about setting up a webcam facing your screen, and give your wife or a mentor the ability to log in and watch the feed?
