My son is currently going to public school and will be Bar-Mitzvah next year.  How do I "break the ice"
and "innoculate" him BEFORE he is exposed.  I do NOT want him to struggle as I did even though I am
on the road to recovery.  Have already looked at the teen resources on this website but I am open to
any other/specific suggestions anyone may have.  Thank you very much.
