I've be on this site for little over a year now. I remember crying the day I found GYE. I finally felt like there was hope. But I just can't seem to make the commitment that I need to stop. I've had a few falls in this year; one just yesterday. I think maybe I need a stronger connection with people suffering like myself. I need to make GYE more real. Also I need stronger finances, so I downloaded a filter last night and will be joining one of the phone conferences soon. I realized recently, I can't trust myself.

Plenty of types to choose from....don't be a stranger!

Do yourself a favor and get a filter that you wont come back in three weeks sayin' that you found your way around it. plenty of people to hold passwords for you.

Join the conferences; the feedbacks from them have been great!

Focus on what led to the fall and see if you can avoid those build-ups!
