II don't really know what panic attacks are.

I needed someone else to help meI figure out what it might be that I was searchin' for (yes, it was porn smart alek! But why?). And then, how to prevent that.

I once fell erev Mikveh night... later I broke down in tears in front of my one-year-old while waiting for my wife's return.
It was nasty.

I have read all the literature  I have a sponsor but my being an addict has been ruled out by the big guys  I set up a Taphsic fence   Looking for more advice   If you have the name of a new york area therapist please forward it to me   Thanks for your time and interest
