Shanah Tova to everyone.

After reading the chapter on truth in the ways of the tzadikim, I have been thinking about the following:
Hashem is truth.
Our soul is true.
by thinking things that aren't real, I am distancing myself from the truth and thus Hashem.
One cannot be true to himself by following fantasies he has invented in his own mind.
This is what I am going to work on now.
Instead of just waiting for the images to dissipate from my mind, when my mind turns to old images I am going to focus on what is true and real around me
(bli neder). I am sitting in an office, a place of work…

On another note, this is the first time I know of that tornadoes have hit our country. Wow.
