PS We GYE'ers have an extra zchus coming into the Yom Hadin, we care that were going through what were going through and want help (or want to want help), so keep it in mind.

Being here isn't a flaw it shows our strenth, weather were clean in the moment or not.

I am having massive urges right now. If I stay inside I am bound to fall. I am gonna head out and hopefully things will get better.

I did a little filter poking and didn't see anything besides an image or 2 of soft soft core for a second. I hope I am passed it, and am happy I didn't have any real falls.

Day 28 Clean! (besides what I mentioned in my last post)

Yes it feels great to make it to 4 weeks but to be honest my day today had very little spirituality so I feel very empty and ichy. I hope tomorrow will be better, being that we are back to regular schedule.

Day 29 Clean!

I had some rough time today and I sent a text to a fellow mentor I made here on the site (I wrote to him that this battle is a "sulam ain sfor shlavim - A ladder with countless rungs") and he gave me a few minutes of his time sharing chizuk and insight.
For those who haven't done this in the past, I highly recommend it. If your going through rough times reach out to a friend you made over here or someone your comfortable talking about these things with.

Instead of coming to YK with over 30 days clean under my belt,
The most I can get is 3 days - at least that's a chazaka.

I masturbated a few minutes ago,
The trigger for the urge was self made.

I knew going down the path I was going will end with M,
So why'd I do it?

Maybe cause deep down I felt I needed the pacifier,
so instead of masturbating I built up a nice taiva and did it.

The trigger is somewhat out of reach,
but I technically can enable it again.

Do I blame the trigger?
No it was my bechira to go down the path I did.

Yes without it - it probably wouldn't have happened,
but that doesn't rationalize me to sin.

Gotta run now so regarding how I feel and how I hope to move forward,
