Day #8

Today is #8, and yes, like marks said: Tekia too too..... wont help us, it might tingle us, but it wont help, lust is here to stay even Elul, like someone told me “You can get the monkey off your back, but the circus never leaves town” so lets buckle up for our journey, and watch out for short stops, it can be very powerful.

summer comes to an end, finally, another week alone at home, it was hell, but i passed it clean, thanks to GYE and all the members, and i hope to get to the new year with a clean soul and heart..... 

i love to be clean, i love to be there fully for my family, when i used to be hooked up on porn i wasn't there at all, now im the best husband and father.... Thank You all.. that the only way, TOGETHER... Beachdus...Hashem, thank you, for helping me to survive, thank you all of you on GYE, I’m clean only because of you, it has nothing to do with me… I’m powerless, I wouldn’t be clean today without your help, I’m very happy that I’m part of this chevrah, without you, I wouldn’t be where I’m today.

Day #9

today is # 9, im in a rush, but thats for sure, ill try to stay clean, to finish up the day the way hashem wants, and the way i want, its just stupid to go the other direction, its soo soo soo good to be clean, good for me, good for hashem, and good for everyone, נאה להם ונאה לעולם, interesting how the day gets much longer when we are clean, and how much more time we get at work, to finish up things, and how much more time we have for our wife and childeren, GEVALDIG....... i love it this way.....

i love this quote, so ill repeat it:

Day #10/11/12/13

Today is #13, im feeling great to be clean, its a great journey, day after day, staying clean, i had a tough Shabbes afternoon, but i made it.... and that's pushing me forward, yes, i can do it, and i will not give up, never ever, and with the help from hashem, i will survive.

Hashem, thank you, for helping me to survive, thank you all of you on GYE, I’m clean only because of you, it has nothing to do with me… I’m powerless, I wouldn’t be clean today without your help, I’m very happy that I’m part of this chevrah, without you, I wouldn’t be where I’m today.

Shivisi, You are using a lot the word "survive". I don't think it's the right word to use.

We are not struggling to survive, we are struggling to live, a normal, healthy life.

​Our whole struggle is to discover the true definition of Life.

That's all. (did you hear me say it's easy...)

You're 100% right. what did you expect me to say, that we should go כצאן לטבח after the lust/desire/illness? of course, when under attack, one should do everything possible to survive.

My point was that we weren't sent down here to this world to survive attacks. our mission on this world is to live a full life. part of this job is to survive an attack when/if it comes. ודו"ק כי קצרתי.

I'm sure this was your כוונה as well.

Day #15

today is #15, and i mark it as day #1 in my 3rd clean week.... yah.......  isnt that great?? cant be better, knowing that i didnt bent myself to lust and to other bed things... the great feeling is not to be described, but all of you, my great supporters knows what im talking about.... i can say that im myself, and there is no other myself to my real myself..... its me, and only me.... and im not a two face person...

this week the Torah says: כי תצא למלחמה על אויבך which goes to the YH, if we try not to listen to the YH, not to give in to him, then Hashem is blessing us with a Bracha that ונתנו ה' אלקיך בידך, we will have him in our hands,

Day #16

today is #16, and its just getting better day by day, still tough, but thats life, we have to get used to it, and live with it, its like hunger and food someone told me, when we are hungry we eat food, so will you call hunger a struggle? no, you do what you need to do, same here, dont call it struggle, call it part of life, when you come across lust, just do what you have to do, do go around and fast to give in to hunger, and dont act out to give in for lust, just go on with your life and dont make out of it a big deal, והשם יעזור, leave it up to him, becuase we cant go on with any part of life without his consent...... so ill do what i can, and hashem will help me with the rest.... Thank You Hashem...... i love you...... and ואהבתך אל תסיר ממנו לעולמים

Day #20

Today is # 20, and this day, # 20 will never ever come back, and why mess it up? i'm going to make sure that day # 20 will be a clean one.... 

im super clean, no porn, no acting out, clean hands, clean thoughts, clean eyes, and believe me, there is no such a good thing in the world then being clean, the entire day is totally different, should it be at home, at shil, at work, you name it, the entire mind set is different, i can focus, in my old days, the other half of me, was always around porn, etc... so basically my head wasn't around anywhere, now there is no two half's of me, there is only one me, and im here fully, psychically and emotionally.... yah.........

Day #21

Today is #21, 3 weeks, yes i made it to 3 weeks, clean clean clean, i love that, its a great feeling, that i didn't let my self in to this garbage, i was strong enough to get it behind me, wasn't easy at all, but i did it, and if i did it you can too... believe me, its worth trying it... and it will change your life completely, you will become a new person, you will become your self and not your shadow, it will be you, and your family will get you back....
