Ok so let me update, Yom Tov was BH beautiful, Chol Hamoed tends to be difficult but we bh managed to stay sober. Actually 1 night Chol Hamoed Ihad a strong desire to spend time on the web, I sat into my car to go over to my office, on the way I phoned 1 of GYE guys I know he managed to calm me down, By the time I got to my office I only read the GYE emails and left. It was the first time I called a person to say HELLO I'M GOING TO FALL! I was happy to see how well it worked! The rest of YT went easy.

Last night in bed I was attacked again by my desire to lust, I twisted and turned in bed a while till I fell asleep.

This morning sitting by my computer that desire returned, I ended up going on youtube watched some stuff but no porn or anything like that. Hope the story ends here.....

So its a week since I sent out my s.o.s. message, what happened since then? lets see.

To be honest, for 4/5 days it was a constant fire battle, I was literally fighting my desire hands on. I went onto youtube (my filter is broken, I called a technician) numerous times heading to ..., once there I watched some Yiddish thing for a minute and logged off, this practice repeated itself many many times over the course of 5 days, with the constant help and support of our devoted members I was able to pull out.

Now I know that I promised to do so a few months ago, but yesterday I finally joined a early morning Kollel which I feel will help me with this problem in 2 ways. First of all chazal teach us that if the YH attacks you go into a Beis hamedrash. Second: needing to get up at 6 doesn't give me much time to fool around at night. Third: doing whats right and using your time productively gives you satisfaction and raises your spirits, so that should sto you from looking for (imaginary) satisfaction.

So here I am 42 days in the last game and counting....

seems that my earlier post wasn't clear. so ok, Its another week that I BH managed to stay clean. BH this week was much easier than the other week. I was very concentrated on having a productive schedule which helped me stay focused and stay away from trouble. The fight is not over but Im in it to win it!
