The strange thing is that until I began this journey I didn't have these dreams, but now I keep having vivid dreams, with a lot of "questionable" content (to use a polite word). I'm even thinking about these things much much less during this stretch so it's really inexplicable unless RGT is right:

It should be very simple, Your body is getting used to not having these things, so if you don't give it the body while ur awake it's going to get it when you can't fight, and that is wehn ur asleep. But it lives off of what you think by day, so in the beginning there is still plenty of what to feed on from previous times, but as we go longer without it, the dreams will loose their power as well. (hey!! that sounds good, not that I knew it before I typed it)

but for sure, it's the YH, it's trying to stop you, don't give it a second thought!!

So strange. That guy's been following me all my life.

I've tried to shake him many time but he doesn't let go. I finally had to concede. He's there for the long haul. I no longer drive like a nut trying to get him off my tail. I simply don't engage him in any way shape or form.

there is no yawn avatar, for if one is yawning, he is in the wrong place. This site is for people that are on guard every moment of the day/night. If one has fully recovered, perhaps they can yawn....you'll have to ask 'em...I don't know; I aint anywhere close to being there.
