What does KOP and KOMT mean?
Thank you for your chizzuk. I am feeling so uneasy and trying to get some momentum going.It is always so hard to get traction when starting the 90 day climb.I know it is one day at a time but I cant stop myself from wanting to put my hand where it does not belong.

KOP = Keep On Posting
KOMT = Keep On Monster Truckin

I think I may be due for an oil change 3,100 posts, but only 2 1/2 years on gye .

I think it's time to grease those ball joints too

Thank you for your offer. This uphill battle is so much easier with a partner. I will accept your offer. I feel like i am walking outside on the ice and just need some help to get over the ice patch onto some solid ground.

The struggle that we are up against is a hard one. The mountain may seem big and high, but we CAN and WILL reach the top! All we need to do is to look up to heaven. Just don't ever look down!

I want to give you some encouraging words from Rabbi Nachman.

Rabbi Nachman Teaches,

The main cause of attacks of lustful cravings is depression. You should therefore make every effort to be happy at all times.

Even if you fall into thick mud and find it extremely hard to escape, just scream and scream and scream.

Some people also worry over the very fact that they have such thoughts. But "Trouble is bad enough when it comes" ( Berachot 9b) . There is no need to let the fact that you have such thoughts disturb you, whether because you have had an attack of them in the past or because you fear they may strike again in the future.
