Yesterday I had my last fall.

I was going to post this whole poetry thing here expressing my feelings etc., but b"h today i had an amazing day, regardless of yesterday, and tonight we're having chabura and tomorrow i want to get up early, so i think i'm basically covered until shabbos [and i'm planning to go away for shabbos so that should break the rut], also this time i gathered enough strength before it happened to call someone, so even though it didn't help, it's safe to assume that next time i'll be readier to reach out....

btw i changed my signature line.

I've always seen it quoted here with "gam". I see now that the Posuk in Micha is "Ki Nofalti, Komti". Is there a second posuk also?
