Fishy Update

Yerushalayim is awesome! we had an OINK meeting the day I arrived. I also wasted time over at Nitz's place Wednesday night [we had lots of fun singing Matisyahu on the hammock]. I kept bumping into Hashem's Soldier all Shabbos. Last night Inna and I headed over to King David's tomb to do some authentic Tehillim Zugging [but we ended up saying V'Yiten Lecho instead]. Point is, when I was home I really wanted to "get a life", I got one.



My problems didn't disappear though [obviously], and Shabbos with Chani Friedstein [remember her?] was slightly challenging, though I made it. According to Hashem's Soldier [Friday Night 1 am on Shmuel HaNavi- Golda Meir] "TZ, You don't need to 'work', you need to 'live'." Good point.



On the subject of "work", the organization I work with (run by my father) [what the gehennom happened to me being a simple TehillimZugger locked up in Yeshiva? Ahhh those were the days…] wants to send me to Europe next week… certain reasons, anyway, it's disrupting my whole seder yeshiva. But according to my Rebbe (who shall remain nameless, let's just say that it's neither Lizhensk nor Temishvaar), my Rosh Chabura, and Mr. Friedstein, it's best for me to put yeshiva on hold for two weeks and travel, so hey, that's what we'll do [sorry Yankel].



Anyway, life is good, work is good, deadlines are cool and creepy and scary but awesome, and chatting with girls is terrible. Hotels in Europe are a daunting proposition, as are bachurim dirahs in Yerushalayim. Mushroom tables are good, donuts are good, and the prospect of Duvid Chaim joining in on OINK meetings is great, we'll finally have a captain!!

O' Fischel Update

Hi peoples. I didn't see the Eiffel Tower yet, but I am sitting in an office every day, day in day out. Very very very different from sitting in yeshiva. Really different. Sixteen people working here, 10 women/girls. It's starting to get on my nerves. Hashem help me. I just need to finish this whole thing up already.

Why does it bother you that there are 10 girls/women working there?

you can try davening for the women who work there, that they should have health, money and good relationships with their families. As Dov suggests. that can help humanize them in out eyes.
