Back on Track

I realized that was plaguing me so and eventually led me to stress and act out was because I was not being entirely truthfull about an issue.

The stress of how I would 'keep up the 'lie' and keep what 'I' wanted did me in....

Perhaps that is y I feel more at peace even though I acted out. The realization set in shortly afterward, that I just need to accept where I am in this givn situation. And work to imrpove from there instead of taking a not truthful short cut.

A more real life lies ahead.
