I do not want to come across hurtful or irrational in any way possible since GYE saved my life.
But
The site sucks it has a slow response time,its cluttered, not a simple easy interface, chats just got worse lately, mobile version is just plain torture to use.

It just needs a lot of work, and it is fairly simple stuff to fix, so what is the hold up ?

Is there anything we can do to help ?

From a user whom sit on forums and threads most of the day.

You are 100 percent right. I am on other forums and threads. They are much better updated and much faster much more user friendly.

Another comment. It sounds like there aren't many people that need the help of GYE. This site is pretty dead. Nothing going on here. Very minimal posts.

Please report specific complaints or suggestions by emailing eyes.guard@gmail.com. There are programmers who are working on it.

As for what you can do... The programmers need to get paid...

This is the problem that its so bad that its like asking what kind of upgrades would you like to a DOS Computer when you can upgrade to windows 7.
Regarding funding I would defiantly be willing to help out in a large way,but as I said I will not put money in to a DOS computer.

You noted it saved your life.

What are you comparin' this to?
Pretty ungrateful if you ask me.
some might be faster, but they are always lookin' for fixes.

Porn sites are usually fast as well....perhaps there you'll feel more alive.

almost like an upgrade of a life where one was actin' out every several days and constantly fightin' with his wife over her clothin'; then he comes here and has about eight months of bliss...heaven...sobriety....can't even recognize his old self....was that an immediate upgrade? did it happen at once with one snap of the fingers? I dunno; i'm just hypothesizin'.

About what G.odhelp wrote about the GYE site . I am not sure what is it that he wants to get from GYE. As if this was some sort of prime time national tv or a cable soap opera entertainment hour. I log in here to get some chizuk , sometimes to give chizuk and to upgrade my chart. And i see that the site is constantly upgrading and advancing from time to time. If somebody has a lust problem or the like , there is plenty here to delve in. So i am going to disagree with g.odhelp's opinion . Then again Chazal already said that our opinions are as different as our faces so , this was my opinion.

I don't think Godhelp is talking about what GYE does. Just the interface and user-friendliness of the forum. Which is a lil annoyin to navigate. But i don't think it's that difficult that people won't use it. GH may be making a mountain out of a ant-hill. But I think he agrees that GYE gets the job done. Which is, it provides a frum moderated place to share, be mechazek and give chizuk. Like cordnoy wrote, they def uprgraded my life. And btw, if you can help.......HELP. Don't be a baal shitah about it. I'm sorry if I'm being too strong. Just my opinion.
