I'm a Typical kid 19, in yeshiva been on this journey since 16 got exposed to this stuff at 10. I recently hit rock bottom for the current stage im in, i decided to filter my phone, i got the strict one from tag, no browser, no social media apps. Its a life saver no more braindead scrolling and obviously no access to shmutz. BH right now im in a very very good state of mind, learnt alot over the years. Im so happy GYE exists because outside sources for help can be scary been there done that. Glad i can be part of the community. Good luck!
