Hey I'm here at gye for my second time. First time kind of stopped when i went to yeshiva because it became less necessary and less practical (both because of lack of internet access). After opening up to some mashpiim in yeshiva I had boruch hashem after much time learned to control myself and focus my energies in positive things, I got close to a year totally clean despite the challenges. But now with corona things got tougher and after a few falls I realized that the regular technique might not work for this situation.
I don't really feel so comfortable talking about these things and since I joined gye I was back on track for a little while but after a fall I figured I'll try to use whatever there is so here I am.
Anyways I had a bit of a practical issue; I convinced my parents to download a filter (different generation I don;t think they really get it) it's called netspark but when I try downloading it it says "Fatal error detected - failed to execute script ns4win", anyone have ideas?

I feel you...definitely a generation thing. I couldn't even get my parents to filter. You cal also call TAG as NetSpark is one of the filters they offer and they can install and configure for you.

Keep up the great work!!! I think everyone can agree that with this battle, especially in this time we need everything we got. You say it's hard to talk about these inyanim, but k just want to make sure you know to2 points. 1 it's 110% anonymous, no chance anyone finds you out. Also, main point #2 is we are all here for you. We know what your going through, everyone's experience is different of course, but there are so many familiarities in the struggle and way we try to deal with... And the pain it causes.. Speak up at your own pace, at the very least use the 90 day chart and give us a couple updates here and there, a couple lines, on how your struggle is going. It's a big Chizuk for yourself, and us... To know that we're not here alone.

Have a great shabbos, and htzakacha on your road to lasting success!!!!!

filtering devices in the house is stam a issue for almost everyone, just now (with corona) its being highlighted more than ever. Kudos to you for working on it.

A good habit that I'm trying to get into is to foresee these situations before they come. When you know your going to somewhere new(or a diff layout) analyze where your weaknesses are, where your likely to fall, and plan ahead.

Feel free to reach out to people here and express what ur feeling and going thru, chances are someone here has been thru it

Keep fighting the milchemes hashem!
