If I may suggest, please find a good stable accountability partner. These battles are almost impossible to fight by yourself especially when you've tried in the past and failed.
Please let me know if you need help finding a suitable partner and we will gladly help you and with Hashems help you'll grow to be healthy clean and stronger than ever.

As usual thank you for your insightfull post. This is very true the only way i have been able to stay clean for almost 60 days is because if the postings here but even more so due to the close relationship i have with my mentors/partners in california and england who have really become my brothers. The fact you have someone to talk to who really understands your struggles because of their struggles gives you tremendous chizuk. I dont know where i would be if it wasnt for them. Actually i know exactly where i would be in a downward spiral.
