there is also another thing, I don't know if you call it a trigger, but that's watching porn, which I'm clean now for 3 weeks, I didn't see any Shmutz or looking after woman for 3 full weeks, I'm really proud of my self. I have rally clean eyes for 3 full weeks.

You may want to try dov's phone call.  I think it is still going, but I haven't checked in a while.  You can share, but still be anonymous.  Also, check out the Dov Quotes link in my signature.   There is a treaure trove of great stuff there.

Yes - this is the big one! And its so amazingly difficult and satisfying. It also fills your head with things other than lust because its so unnatural to us lusters to not look it takes real effort.

You are doing amazing stuff here, just keep reading and posting!

 I used to smoke cigarettes in yeshiva big time, when I got married, my wife told me that I must stop smoking, she couldn’t take the smell, so I tried many times, but inside me I didn’t want to stop, one day my wife got very angry at me, so I decided that’s it, I’m quitting smoking for good. And guess what, I stopped from one minute to the other, and since then I had 2 cigarettes in 9 years, ( it was horrible….) so basically I see that I have the כוחות הנפש, I understand that for our sickness there is a יצר הרע in the picture, but I will get there בעזר השם….

too bad porn doesn't smell

No, I never acted out in the car, but since my trigger is usually when I'm relaxed and bored, and a lot of woman are around, which usually happiness in the car, I used to pleasure my self big time, and I'm really working hard on it

I had B"H a great "yesterday", thanks hashem for that, I really appreciate that,  and I'm begging you that my "today" should pass Beshuloim, I don't remember having a clean Friday and Shabbes afternoon, even the last 3 weeks I was pleasuring my self, I didn't ended up till the end, but it was very close to an end.... but now I'm focusing to be clean clean clean.....
