Hi,

I'm new to this thing. I've done lot's of mistakes during my lifetime. And many recently. I'm really trying hard to put my life back together before it falls apart forever. This has been my longest streak and I'm already slipping away. I don't want to fall again. I came across this site and signed up so I can hopefully catch myself for good. I'm really ashamed of the things I've done, and I hope I can move forward now.

thanks for sharing a part of your story and thoughts with us.

Posting here is obviously a huge step, you can be proud of you.

I don't have so much advises for the shame, but I saw an other new thread about it so maybe you can check it. Anyway in my opinion the best way to moove forward as you say is to focus on the present.

You streak is impressive, I'm really happy for you !
You said you came across GYE, what are the tools you've already tried except the 90d challenge ?

Keep posting whatever you want including all your questions, you'll see some amazing guys right there !
