I started last week, joining the tracking chart is a bigger commitment.

It's only a bigger commitment if you try to swallow the whole 90 days in one go! The chart works one day at a time. You can signup and not update it. as cordnoy said, just do it for one day. Then see what you feel like doing afterwards. Even if you decide that you don't want to continue it, it will at least have helped for that day. We never have a fall on more then one day at a time. So if we can commit to not falling for just one day, then we can sign up to the chart for that one day. It's that simple. One day increments.
