I was a walking stirah of a yeshiva guy. I learned all day every day, putting all my effort into my learning, except for the one or two times a day that I'd go act out.

I'd learn so much during zman that I'd get home exhausted, then I'd spend 3 weeks bingeing on porn. Then I'd do 'teshuvah', promising that this time it will be different. Next bein hazmanim will be different, I just need to get myself organised.....

We're all in the same boat. Please tell us a bit more about the problem.

I totally understand the stira you may feel is your life, learning shtark one moment, and the next moment you're looking at porn. We're all in this together. Can the GYE Historian please bring up the posts that say we are all the best/one of the best bachurim in the yeshiva. Being "normal" or "above average" is a common statement here. Keep posting, you are among friends that understand where you are coming from.
