First time here?

Welcome to GuardYourEyes. You are no longer alone!

GuardYourEyes (GYE) is a vibrant network and fellowship of Jews of all affiliations, struggling to purify themselves and break free of lust related behaviors. For the first time, there is somewhere to turn to for help in these areas.

In the last couple of years, the GYE network has helped roughly 1,000 Jews get back on a path of sanity, self-control and healing and has touched the lives of thousands more. GYE has become known throughout the Jewish world as the number one address for dealing with these challenges which have reached epidemic proportions.

The following video contain excerpts from: R' Chaim Dovid Zwiebel, Rav Aharon Feldman,Rabbi/Dr. Avraham J. Twerski and Shalom's personal story.

The tools of our recovery program were developed with guidance from the best experts in the field, such as Rabbi Dr. Avraham J. Twerski, and through the personal experience of hundreds of Jews who successfully broke free. We use a unique approach that recognizes that there are many different levels in these struggles.

Our network is comprised of a website, a pulsating forum, phone conferences, daily Chizuk e-mails, support hotlines, therapists, live 12-Step groups and a program of recovery for all levels of this struggle/addiction.

All our work is free of charge and we zealously protect the complete anonymity of all our members. On our forum, charts, hotlines and phone conferences, only nicknames and non-revealing e-mail addresses are used. For starters, you may want to make yourself an anonymous e-mail address (something like growingJew@gmail.com).

Before starting, we highly encourage you to: 1) Watch the 8-minute video on our homepage. 2) Listen to this 40-minute shiur.

Here are some quick things you can do to help you jump straight into your journey:

membership 1) Become a GYE Member – it's free and anonymous! This will give you access to your own personal homepage and recovery checklist, which will guide you through your recovery step-by-step.   7) Join a free and anonymous phone conference to work the world renowned 12-Step program with professional guidance. You'll get out of isolation and harness the immense power of group support.

No matter what level our struggle/addiction may have advanced to, we can find the right tools to break free in the GYE Program!
3) It's almost impossible to break free while having all the garbage within a mouse click. Install a solid filter and we’ll hold the password for you. Reporting Software is also highly recommended, to give you accountability. 9) The TaPHSiC method is a powerful method to help frum addicts stop. It makes the consequences of acting-out much more real to us, and it teaches us how not to act compulsively. (Click here for an in-depth audio shiur on this method).
4) Sign up on the home page to the daily Chizuk e-mail lists to get fresh chizuk every day. The chizuk list is literally a life-line to thousands of our members. With the Yetzer hara attempting new tactics each day, we need a daily dose of Chizuk to stay strong. partner 10) Get yourself a partner or sponsor to be in touch with regularly, especially when feeling weak. This will help you stay out of isolation and have some real accountability, both of which are critical in this struggle.
