Ok so here I am at 90 days finally! I wrote up my whole story to post for others to get chizuk but its about 1500 words! So if u want the story pm me... but I will post this...
I never ever thought id end up getting here, the fight that the taiva puts up against us is and seems sometimes insurmountable but one can do it! Whether its with the 12 steps or hitting a bottom so low that theres nowhere to go but up but it can be done, and there are more qualified people here then me that can attest to it, but I will say that the key is GUARD YOUR EYES AND YOUR THOUGTS the battle is literally half as hard once those two things are out of the way u have my word! And without those ur doomed to fail.
There are many thank you I need to give; firstly, I wanna thank hashem for allowing me to get to this place where I am today,wothout him there is nothing to talk about. I would also like to thank GYE for all the resources and help, without u I have no clue where'd Id be but definitely not where I am today, I also wanna thank dov, skeptical, pidani, and cordnoy for all the chizuk u guys gave me u can't imagine how much it helped.
My last thank you belongs to the yetzer hora, thanks for picking me to join this battle, I've grown more than u can imagine, I've gained tools for life that would know ur socks off, an insight, a maturity, a kind of wisdom that can only be gained from getting knocked down so many times and getting back up again, a kind of maturity that can only be gained when one finally says "I'm helpless!" and is willing to finally pour their heart out and start for the bottom, and a kind of insight that one only gains when he gets to see that there are other people like himself that are/were almost dead and lifted themselves up to be some of the greatest people I know and sharing experience’s with them. so thank you, and next time u wanna fight me I say BRING IT ON!
I know its not over, it never is, but I also know that I'm on the right path and I'm looking forward to what life will bring, and all the chances it'll give me to grow to be the best I can be
