Unfortunately some files with inappropriate content were shared with me and I can't remove my access to it!!

Also even if I block the one who shared it with me you can't watch the videos but all the titles remain!

Also its easily accesible by just unblocking the person!!

How can I permanently delete this access off my Google drive 

Please help!!!!!!!

You generally can't delete shared files - only the owner can.

R' Clarity, HERE's  a link to google help that describes how to remove them. You should just be able to right click on the file and hit the "remove" option. If that doesn't work, THIS help question suggests "Drag and drop to trash folder then removing them from trash worked for me."

PRO TIP: Get on the phone with a GYE chaver to keep you honest while you delete them so you don't get tempted to watch them one last time. Bitter personal experience here

I tried this!

However i discovered that even when I put them in trash they are searchable with the title! And don't go away!

Please please continue to advise me this is an emergency maybe we can chat live and you can please guide me to get this resolved??

It only gives ooption to remove from view!!

Ok, I think I got it.

If you carefully go to the file information details, you can click 'manage access' and remove your own permission to access the file, then the delete is permanent.

Updating with feedback from Brother clarity26: If you don't have permission to manage your access, you can report the file and that seems to remove it.
