So I've had issues with mz'l practically since I was a kid. My internet p*** problem didn't start in earnest until I got a new job where I had access to several computers in an empty building. Bad idea as I've learnt. B"H I arranged with the (frum) management to get filters on all of the computers. It helped somewhat, and since I've joined gye, I haven't even tried getting around the filter.
BUT I just opened up a box and found ANOTHER COMPUTER! I'm panicking! Hopefully today I will pass the test since I'm leaving as soon as I send this post so I won't fall. I'm finally having one of my longest clean streaks ever, and I can totally predict that maybe tomorrow, or some other day when I'm feeling weak, I'm going to plug that disgusting thing in and plunge back in to that murky suffocating quicksand cesspool that almost ruined my life!!! I can't go back there! Lust is such a stupid thing, that even though I HATE THAT STUFF I'm a weakling when it's nearby. Before they got the filters here, I was seriously considering leaving the job, since my line of work doesn't require me to use computers. They are just available to me. Now that I found another computer, I don't know what to do.
I think my only option, (which should have been my first course of action anyway) Is to storm the gates of Heaven to remove this snare from before me.
If anyone has any other ideas or chizuk, I'll take all that I can get.

Perhaps you can suggest to the management (since they seem to be understanding) that it's much more effective to filter the entire network at the gateway. It's a lot easier than installing a filter on each individual device.

I will pray for you. Seriously. I feel your pain and fear. I had/have it to.

When I began recovery, I had no idea how I would get rid of my "bottles". My apps used dynamic port mapping and other protocols that blew through and by my filters. I prayed, literally with tears, for answers.

And they came. The technical solutions came.

Now, I've got 4 layers at home. Net Nanny. K9. iBoss. OpenDNS.

At work, I had to have both Net Nanny and K9 on my laptop and any computer I had access to.

I had to customize the settings to block my stuff, and for a long while gave up admin access on Windows and had to use etc/hosts until filters could deal with https.

You could ask your mgmt to use OpenDNS.

OpenDNS blocks pretty well with little over-blocking, comparable to K9.

It is network wide.

Please do not give up until you are safe.

I know some guys can get by without filters.

I can't.

The downside risk is just too high.
