I suppose that depends on your definition of kol isha. Some hold if she is no longer alive or you don't know what she looks like its okay. Others hold as long as its not live its okay.

Is this a halachic shayla or looking for advice as to whether something is likely to be triggering. If it is a halchic shayla, it should be addressed to a qualified Rov.

In any case, posting goyish lyrics on the open forum is probably not a good idea. Maybe you could PM someone the lyrics. But only if you have already decided that the fact that it is non-jewish music is not a problem. And I don't know how you would figure that out.
