hey, i got 14 days on the 90 day journey, but the last few days i was feelin little down bec im not havin bst tinme at my yeshiva, and my yetzer harah was so friendly. i need to be more besimchah this next time around, i wasnt so happy last time. just puttin it out there. any tips from anyone?

FSKOT! Simcha IS the key, no doubt. Post here more often, some guys here are really good at cheering people up, we just need to know you're listening on the other side of the screen.
Are putting any effort into recovery, other than a sheer will power?
Are you reading daily emails, for example?

I forgot who says it but bsmeach bhelko is just as true for gashmius as for ruchnius.  be happy you made it that long and start up again with the coach of the simcha!

when bards shows up, I'm sure he will tell you to yell FELL SHMELL several times.  Never heard from anyone who tried it if it helps.  I suppose it could't hurt .

Fell Shmell Keep On Monster Truckin.  The "Monster" part is a new addition made by gevurah I think.

Basically, don't worry about past falls, just get up dust yourself off and keep going.

Do you really want a thread with that name?  Nu.. you fell.  Hashem doesn't love you any the less.  Nobody here thinks much about that being a big deal.  As we're trucking along best we can, it can happen.  No biggy.  If you hang out with the yh in drama and suffering, you're in the problem.  Back to work.  To be close to Him again.  THAT'S what we all want more than we even know.
