I use CCleaner. It does a great job. www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
You can erase all your porn downloads with everything being overwritten 35 times so no one will ever be able to recover your files.
The Blind Beggar is a character in Rebbe Nachman's story of the Seven Beggars.
If I view a woman as an object, I am powerless over lust, but I don't have to look.
I can guard my eyes.
I want to guard my eyes.
I do guard my eyes.
Why do I say these four lines?

Just an update on my battle.

I don't know who said that this battle gets any easier over time.  Just the other night I woke up in middle of the night and had to face a nisayon that was quite difficult.  I can pass these tests now, since I have been part of GYE for the past 3 months (wow!!!).  Nevertheless, it is not comforting to know that I still have to pass the same tests that I had when I was having a much more difficult time.  I have to be thankful though that the tests are not blindsiding me.  I am working quite hard on not making second looks and keeping my focus on what is in front of me.

Yirida lTzorech Aliya
these crashes make us realise our powerlessness
which in turn pushes us to rely on Hashem for help
and this attitude is ultimately important to full recovery

Your name indicates that you are always rising. even when you think you are falling, you are always rising. The YH knows that this time of year is full of kedusha, he's gonna try his best to get us to miss it completely. pick up from wherever you are and keep rising!
