Back on Track	Zmmy- this MAN thing is a great ideam thanks for keeping it up. Each monday I get a real inspiration from seeing you do this. 'Matter of fact- I'm gonna put a reminder on my phone right ....now to do the same. Loads of todes. -Wife outa town is like me having my head detached. Keep posting bro. Till wenz she gone?

belated MAN alert. the reminder on my phone is for 11pm. so i only see it after i am off the forum (usually).
