My advice is to keep posting. And reaching out. 
Have you tried talking to HHM? I believe he may know a thing or two about this topic and has some good things to say (wearing a motorcycle helmet will not protect your from getting the sledgehammer though, I can't help you with that. He dishes it out in swingfuls)

just clocked in Day 8! so far its been a crazy day, i don't know if anyone else experiences this but if I have a nocturnal emission I'm usually signing up for hell for the rest of the day. which pretty much what happened but managed to urge-surf for a bit till I got out of the house. after that I was fine-sorta I came across a website with inappropriate pictures of women but thank g-d had the strength to block the website before I even considered to fall.

Wet dreams are very common, especially at the beginning of the 90 day journey. And I believe most of us here are familiar with its negative effects on your mood - its a big trigger!! So well done for staying clean!

Welcome! Congratulations on taking the courageous step to post. There’s a lot of wisdom here, in the threads, and a lot of experience. This journey is easier together with friends. Stick alone, get to know some of the folks, when you’re ready. It’s worth it.
