an hour on the DC Call is such a refreshing way to get the realistic perspective on yourself and the people/ world around you...Highly reccomended if you're struggling with the Addiction issues.

What a tough call today for me on the DC Group...i realize I'm like a little kid that just wants to egotiscally remain the same and not change...I literally (almost) close my ears and eyes and make loud noises when something starts touching my precious and fragile EGO!... Wow! I've never realized what a ba'al gavvenik I was...

Hello everyone,

Long time no write. Have had a 3 falls in the past 3 weeks. DC Phone Group really picked up my spirits this morning as well as Steve's great milestone. Duvid Chaim's wisdom and care on the call and his follow up E-mails are truly a breath of fresh, country air.

Basicallly, we have to work on self-centerdness and ego in order to have a connection to Hashem in our daily lives...real Dveikus B'hashem.

I'm too weak to take on the terrible pain that I have on a daily basis in my life. Hashem only you can help me through it, because when I try to alleviate the pain on my own...Oy Vey iz Mir! We have to take away that ego (chametz) and Hashem will be there for me and all of us.

I'm going to try that chart thing once again. I've been boating with the Dc 12 Step Phone group without too much success...Tomorrow I'm going in for round two. May Hashem give me the strength to rise above my fears and resentments and live a life connected to Him.  Nice to be back here. Full of such beautiful people.
