I don't have much substantive material to contribute here, but I just wanted to express some excitement over hitting the halfway mark to 90 days today! Not that the challenge actually ends at 90 days, of course, but I'm still really excited about the progress I've made since joining GYE (even if all I mainly do on the website is lurk on the forums and update my chart daily). This streak -- 45 days -- is my longest since I started dealing with these problems over a decade ago!

Thanks! Just finished 75 days, so now 5/6ths of the way!

Honestly the biggest inducement to keep clean that wasn't present in the past is that I got married a month or so before starting this streak; I want to stay clean for my wife and I think that to myself every time the urge comes up (it's much easier to say no now and feel much more in control of myself, but the urge is still there). Besides that, constantly coming to this website, updating my chart every day (I do have a bit of a competitive streak in me

), and reading the forums have all helped tremendously!

Also, I see you're at 91 days at the moment - congrats on making it to 90 days yourself!!!
