i would love to share, that being clean is the best thing in the world, i have life, its soooo much different then not being clean, and im not talking about the depressing feeling, im talking about being that low, its such a low life, living a double life, and an animal life, its sooo horrible, but being clean is soo good, you feel like a human being, full of energy, having a new relationship with wife and children, head is not stuck with stupid fantasies, eyes is not wondering on the street all over.

but after all, im not secured, even its so good to be clean, so im asking all of you to have me in mind and pray for me and for all our friends at GYE...

Day #14 – 14 separate Todays!!!!

B"H I passed Day #13 and Today is Day #14 2 weeks clean!!!

Today is number #14, I had BH a clean yesterday day and night,

I’m very happy that I’m still clean, the summer nights used to be my lowest nights from all year round, not pressure from anything, relaxed, and I was positive, that this summer will be a replay from last summers, but no, it’s not, I’m doing so well, IM CLEAN, I’m the highest as can be, yes I’m afraid from the YH, he can’t afford to lose me, so he will do anything in his power to break me, to get me back, but I hope and pray that I shouldn’t fall for him…  but I cant do that alone, I need all of your help, and that’s why im here,

Hashem, thank you, for helping me to survive, thanks to my best partner, and thank you all of you on GYE, I’m clean only because of you, it has nothing to do with me… I’m powerless, I wouldn’t be clean today without your help, I’m very happy that I’m part of this chevrah, without you, I wouldn’t be where I’m today.

Today is 2 weeks, since my last fall, but I don’t want to look at it as full 2 weeks, I will rather look at it as 14 Today’s, I worked very hard on 14 separate todays, every day a separate struggle, better, every minute a separate win.

Today is number #15, I had BH a clean yesterday day and night, I can say, that I really love myself, I love that I have the strength to overcome my struggles, to overcome lust, and even I fell a few times, I still have the strength to come out and say loud that I fell, and I’m picking myself up, and the only way I can move forward, I keep on talking to myself, to thing and talk positive, to be a positive person, even when life is not that rosy, but in reality it is rosy, I just don’t see it, hsahem is a טוב ומטיב לכל even when we don’t do what he likes we should do, he still want our goods, so he is soo good to me, he helps me in my daily struggle, Thanks You Hashem…

We said today in סליחות, אל תשליכנו מלפניך ורוח קדשך אל תקח ממנו, who are saying this, people who are doing bad things, because Tsadikim are not afraid they should lose connection with hashem, this tefilah is made for us, for us addicts, and we ask hashem he shouldn’t let us go, he shouldn’t disconnect from us, it’s such a great tefilah, that even we fell million times, so many years, the tefilah is still here, and it doesn’t have a limit, that after falling so many times we can’t say it, no, we are still asking hashem that he shouldn’t disconnect us from him, even we fell so many times, look how good hashem is to us, and I bet you, this tefileh helps, there is no such a thing that a tefile should get lost….

Day #16

B"H I passed Day #15 and Today is Day #15

Today is number #16, I had BH a clean yesterday day and night, I went out to the mountains yesterday to finish the fast with my wife and kids, Raboisai, I have to tell you that the good feeling to be together with my family is indescribable, I got sooo closer with them the last few months, since the day I stopped porning (credit:markz) i got back my real life, my head is into my family, not at stupidity, I became so much closer with them, I used to love to be alone in the summer weeks, so I can be up all night and watching porn and acting out, when it came Thursday night, when I was supposed to leave to the mountains I left the latest possible, so I can get more porn, and more acting out, but now, it’s totally different, I leave the earliest possible, I love to be with them, I have such a great time with them…. Wow, what a life changer, it dosent pay to go back to this bad things, its so much better this way..

This week we see an interesting thing in the parshe, there is no such a thing in the entire torah that hashem gave a personal compliment for someone doing anything good, except for pinchas, even for Moshe Rabeiny never got any compliment or blessing on anything, to show us, that Kedishas Habris is the highest thing, and fighting this struggle deserves a real compliment and a blessing…

B"H I passed Day #16 and Today is Day #17

Today is number #17, I had BH a clean yesterday day and night, hashem is the best, he knows what we like, so he gave us the opportunity to have this struggle so we can be clean and feel good about it, so basically, lust is a great and a big thing, besides its needed for Intimacy purposes, we need it to give us the pleasure from being clean…. (Hashem! You have other ways too to make me feel good!!! Send me that ones!!!)

I heared a good and simple one, our mission is for TODAY only, we see that in the Torah, אין ועתה אלא תשובה, ועתה is now, only today… ועתה מה ה' אלוקיך שואל מעמך only ועתה….

Im BH still clean, im day 20.
i had a great and clean weekend, i feel very delighted about it, it keeps me going.
Its very hard to write here, im between people, will write tomorrow in more detail.

B"H I passed Day #21 and Today is Day #22

Today is number #22, I had BH a clean yesterday day and night, by now I feel that everything is in my head, if I’m thinking and living in a positive way, think and dream positive, big and happy, that everything is good, not that it will be good, but it is good, then everything goes in a great direction, including lust controlling, and that’s how I always try to live, and I can tell you, it works, it lifts up my spirits and all my surroundings as well.

Biggest game changer of joining GYE was that I love my family and my wife, she is my biggest supporter, in all aspects, she helps me living in a positive way, so we can dream and live bigger and bigger. Since I joind GYE, im much more connected to them, im not living an another world, im not fantasizing in another world, im home when im home, and im in shul when im in shul, and im by the gamara when im at the gamera, and im not always in fantasy land.

will try to remember 2 things today, 1) im focusing only on today, only today i have to stay clean 2) that what ever its happening to me, the good or bad, its only from hashem, and he has an exact Chesben on it, and it not up to me to understand why its being done that way.

Day #23

B"H I passed Day #22 and Today is Day #23

Today is number #23, I had BH a clean yesterday day and night, by now its just getting easier and easier, the last 2 weekends I had, if anything, just a bit of lust, which is a huge achievement, clean weekends? Who dreamed about it, but let alone clean, what about lust clean? That’s major!!!! and the last 2 weeks I had very easy days, which the summer days and nights used the be the most difficult time, so my issue is, is it just a trick, and im on the path of a fall, that’s the way of the YH to trick me in, to get myself comfortable and then TRAAAACH, a fall, or am I really healing myself, I think that i will choose for now the 1st one.

I sew a great vort, which ill share:

why in the world did hashem created the YH, and the whole nisyones stuff is so unfair and tough, why in the world is hashem doing that to us? there are thousands of answers for this question, but I sew a good one, when someone keeps on having daily a good piece of steak or ice cream, or any good enjoyable thing, on a daily basis, it will eventually get boring, and he will just don’t enjoy that piece, but if he gets the same piece just once a month, let’s say only on Rosh Chodesh, or once a year for purim, then it will be a very enjoyable piece, and he will wait anxiously on that moment so he can enjoy it, so that’s the same thing about our nisyones, hashem has his מלאכים who are doing the רצון השם on a moment basis, they do every second what hashem wants and with the full passion and with all the details, fully לשמה with no נגיעות, and hashem has his joy and תענוג from it, but its getting boring, because it’s a none stop joy, but when we humans are doing the רצון השם we try to do it at our full extend, with all the details, and we do fall from time to time,  and we start from fresh, that’s the biggest תענוג hashem has from us, because its not boring, and that’s why hashem created the YH and our nisyoines, and when we fall we have to remember that the TANUG hahshem will have when we dust off our self will be the most enjoyable moment hashem can have, כביכול (first pc of the מאור ושמש in פרשת מסעי)

unbelievable, i sew this a while back, this guys tefile for kedishe, he had lust issues even in concentration camp...... see how he is begging hashem for helpFor me its a treist, that in such a matzev to have such nisyonis is a moridige chizik that im not alone and there is hope... we should say this tefilah daily.

interesting, there was no women there, no internet, no food, no nothing, they were not even human beings, and they had those struggles.
