First, like Kedusha said, keep it professional, not personal.

If you find your mind wandering, you can try to think of things that make her seem like a person, not an object. She has problems, she has stresses, sometimes she has a husband and kids. You can picture anything mundane, like her taking her kids, or mother to the doctor. Yelling at her kids... Her being sick and throwing up.
