I would just give my piece of advice, try to minimize surfing the net, in my case since I joined GYE 98% of my surfing time I spend here, (and even here sometimes reading certain things could be a trigger for some) the YH has many ways that he tries to entrap us we have to very awake and careful not to fall for him.
