and i also feel that you have to protect yourself so that eve if you feel triggered you dont have an option to fall. every Rabbi has a filter. every one needs some protection and so do i. i know it wont solve it for me but instead of falling when i have an urge i am unable to. MY therapist told me the test doesnt start when you have an unfiltered computer it starts whether or not you decide not to filter it.
