Tnx for the encouragemnt. It means a lot to me because.... Frankly qho the he*l else would care abt wen the last time I m* or looked p* but gye guys.

I'm jist scared as hell bc it seems like at every step I can slip right bacl to acting out daily. On the one hand I have time under my belt. On the other I'm nowhere and never will be "normal or healthy"

Thanks again guys. Loads... Helps me realize I am doing something worthwhile here.

Back on Track	Right. That's true. Shmeichel... No. I don't have any such plan. I used to believe I was here to do that. And had some grand ideas abt what isupertzadik things I would do... But now I realize I'm here to just stop viewing p* and m*.

Back on Track	Quite the opposite actually. At the bot headquarters ALL u see is the splats.... Very little untouched wall leftover... Oh well. Komt.

Back on Track	Really ruf night. I had a very tense experience in a big situation that I am trying to negotiate. I am trying my best to handle it. I am sober. Bh. This could only be worse if I act out. I am feeling some desire to act out. But I am going to reach out personally to some sobriety buddies to help me get through it.
