Seeing as the kitchen has been a bit empty lately, I have some lunch to share. A wrap (not whole grain, whole wheat, or flaxseed). The bottom layer is sliced tomato. Then tuna fish (which you can't really see). Shredded lettuce, topped with olives and diced dill pickle, drizzled with honey mustard dressing.

Gotta go eat (making a hamotzee BTW

)

Back on Track	The point is that dumpty shoulda just gotten off that wall and grabbed a case of beer for a chill out fishing trip. Foolish dumpty let his pride get to him instead and.... Well just look what happened.... Don't be a dumpty!
