This is how I broke my fast, hope you enjoy it, too:
A sandwich of wholewheat bread with pastrami lox, thick tomato slices, and a horseraddish mayo from a squeeze bottle for a shmear.
Grilled veggie medley: slices of eggplant, zucchini, three colors of bell peppers, and onions, seasoned with salt and pepper and grilled on cast iron grill.
Apple cake
Orange Juice
Coffee
Coffee

And then I had some coffee.
Mini-bar of white chocolate.

Baby steps.
