Any advice on how to work on this imperfection?

Well you seemed to find things that worked in the past, you apparently got to 180 days... What happened?
What works for me: 1) Honesty 2) Meetings 3) 12-step 4) Listening to my Sponsor 5) Not doing what I want to do 6) Inviting the God of my understanding into my life

It's not that I have fallen.
I'm saying in general - how can I work on not always trying to be perfect?
