I am 74 and if anything ; p and m wastes a great deal of time .
I have found that those elderly who complain the most about “respect for the elderly “ are often far more immature than most young people .

Not exactly sure what you mean by associating the immature elderly who complain about respect, to the beast of P&M that we are all here to conquer, unless if you are trying to say that you view the young people, who admit their guilt in this struggle, as the real mature people, and are therefore willing to reach out to people your junior for help.

If that's the case, I must say you truly are a courageous and MATURE person, who's willing to do whatever it takes to live a life true to your values. I really admire that.

on the positive side you probably have lots of time available to dedicate to your recovery!
