Hi
I am an 18 year old bachur.
Been struggling with this for a long time, and have tried many times to stop
I have now joined the 90 day chart (am on day 3) and i made a tafsik Shvua
Any words of advise?

Hi, i"m also a bochur 21 though, wish I was 18 when I started taking care of this issue...
you found the right place! Keep us posted with your daily fights and succes against the יצה"ר
Joined as a single bochur, Bh broke free (but still on watch) by using the tools on this website, therapy but mainly through getting married.
