Had i long talk with my Mentor/Psychologist or however you want to call it...

We came to a few points, the strongest one was, we are aiming now for 2 steps,
1) Clearing the mess = keeping strong (as of now with the TaPHSiC Method) as its called in Seforim (סור מרע).
2) Getting power on how much our thoughts can control me = When i feel a drive/desire its the thought that i need to satisfy my desire/drive that makes me act out, and i'm aiming to get control and be able to tell myself "i know i'v got these thoughts - but i can have these thoughts and still go on in life (without having a need to act out, thats the way normal people think (thats what he said - as i have got no idea how normal people think).

Just a bit of a better explanation, as it seems i didnt write it so clear.

If i build a wall not keep on falling, as i did with the TaPHSiC Method, but i do not build a control on my thought process,
What will happen is that every time i have a strong drive, ill crash into the wall, and the wall will keep me,
but what would probably eventually happen - or the wall will get shaken, or i will get bashed up!

So the idea is to be able to gently divert my thoughts not to crash into the wall, or at least not a hard crash.

The 3-second rule is a good relieving factor. I haven't really achieved it myself. But it gives you 3 seconds if you happen to glance (NOT a heter to glance), but to look, APPRECIATE, then look away.
Appreciate? Yes, Hashem has put lots of natural beauty into this world. It's a Chessed. Just like a guy walking down a block of very fancy houses may admire the architecture and stunning design. 
But when he craves the house for himself and will stop at nothing to get it, it becomes a bit dangerous. 

Also the Highlighted My Thread in the signatures seems to be catching on! Which of us did it first? I want to say you because I did mine this morning. If so, subconsciously thanks.
