I was leider nichshel in looking porn, I felt after that like such a garbage I had never in my life felt such awful feelings, these ugly goiyem, these gross videos, I thought to myself these actors know that I'm at a huge risk of losing my job marriage, children, and of course my self my real life, why are they doing that? Why are they killing people? Just because they want to make few $$$$ ??? How can they risk the lives of our children (& their fathers...) ? The human being could be so bad, could make such a churben.
I was b"h unable to do it again because of the unbelievable killing pain, but after few months the yaitzer urged me to give it another chance, & he was successful & that old pain came back with much more power, oy tata I don't know how people could handle it,
B"h today I have a good filter & I don't feel that watching these ugly bahaimes is still an issue for me,

one tool used here a lot is the "one day at a time tool". the next time the desire comes up maybe tell yourself "tomorrow i can do it but just not today, today i will stay clean, just for one day". who knows what tomorrow will be like? i have found this very effective.
