Hey everyone its been a long time and its nice to be back.I tried to stop masturbating and watching porn about 1 year ago and its crazy how hard it is .I ts been on and off for the part three months.Ill get five days then ill fall and again . Basically I realized I am heavily addicted and the only way out is to reach out. BYe for now.
