For me this has become an addiction bec I'm destroying my life, and family in the process, while not taking into account the ppl that I'm hurting! Its something I am struggling with for 15 years and its time to get real and face my inner fears and struggles and deal with them. I know first hand that acting out doesn't work nor make the situation better. The sick thing about this, is that I've tried to convince myself that "this time" I'm going to feel good or its not going to be as bad of a feeling as last time but it never works, it only makes me feel life a looser and that is not something I can live with much longer! My plan is to keep in touch with ppl that have been through what I'm going through, who have successfully broke free from this crap. Work the 12 steps and taking one day at a time to ultimately starting a better more wholesome life!
